Ran the boat today. Ran strong, steering is awesome. Cannot say enough about the hydraulic steering. Unbelievable difference. We have a steering hose leak. Right drive fluid reservoir hose is leaking. Leak under left motor(not sure what). And... < drumroll please >. Blown head gasket on Rt side of left motor. The party never ends... |

South bound and down loaded up and headed to gulf shores boys. After a 2 week marathon of various issues to resolve on the boat, we are going to use it. When we get back we plan to spend most of our time working on the 38 footer.

We ran the boat about 80 miles this weekend. The boat was running right at 70 with eight people and a full tank. Turns out the 4 inch pulleys we're running on the blowers aren't putting out hardly any boost. When we get back we'll swap to the 3.5 inch pulleys and prolly reprop. Good times!

Honestly...70 with that load is very good...looks and sounds like all went well...great looking bunch of folks.
