That’s an interesting idea Todd, thanks for the input. But I don’t think I’ll be adding one. I’m just trying to get some steady progress here. Keep us posted on your nova.

Boat is looking great Heath! I haven't been keeping track of the progress enough, but I was happy this morning to see the deck was back on!

Looks awesome heath. Hows the tabbing going ? Are you following glassdaves overlapping technique ?
That pic where your grinding around the outside (rubrail area) is that a flappy or one of those tangled up chewy paint eaters.
Need something like that or a drum i can put on the 4 or 7 inch electric angle grinder.

Thanks I haven’t had time to work on it in several days. That’s a 3M 7476 I believe. We use them a lot on cars. I hope to get back on the boat here in a week or so.

Thank you stclair. I finally was able to get some more done today. I’m flying solo right now so it’s slow go. I was able to do some tabbing. I got the v berth area port and starbd done. I figured out it was much easier to cut the pieces in about 18” lengths and overlap them to get them to stay in place. Also a rock grinder with a cutting wheel is the fastest way to cut the screws back.
