We’ll be over this hump soon guys. I went back and added filler to the deck in front of the hatches where there were some deep valleys. I’ve got the deck looking a lot better now. Probably gonna put some more slick sand on those areas tomorrow. Billy has sanded the entire trailer with 80 grit and it will probably be primed tomorrow.

But at one point do you stop on a boat trailer? LOL.
Plus this trailer was abused pretty bad, to be as new as it is...

I see, mine weren’t welded on the bottom and The stands were rotted worse on the backside

Are you removing the deck/cabin hatches completely or just going to cut them in later?

Moving along, Billy got the trailer primed today. I sprayed some more slick sand on the deck and blocked it down, it’s a lot straighter now...

I got most of the engine room sprayed with slick sand today. Still some blemishes to sand out but it’s getting closer....

Thanks guys, no gel coat Jeff, urethane primer and paint. I got the rest of the engine compartment sprayed yesterday. Been blocking on the deck. Deck should be in urethane primer Thursday...
