I will post some pics as soon as I can.
I just checked out your ad. Man, that is a clean boat. That would be the perfect size for me right now. Unfortunately, not enough funds to buy it presently. You should post some links to your ad. Might find some potential buyers right here on OSO.

It is in the boats for sale section with a link to the ebay auction. The auction is so close that just about the next bid will buy it. I am hoping for a flurry at the end.

I recently bought a left over 2000 29' Scarab. Traded my '99 Excalibur for it. Brand new, 8 dealer hours on it and has never been registered. Only thing it is that it doesn't have an owener's manual. Anybody know where I can get one ??? Haven't put in the water yet, but from what I gather, it is something to look forward to.

I am not sure if I will get one with mine, I will know later tonight. If I get one it will be for a 98 model but we can probably work out it being scanned or faxed or something. I have no idea how big the manual is.

I'm not sure there are any boats left that fill the gap.

Got ya - but I was referring more to new boats. Up until a year or two ago, a guy could by a new 29 Scarab or new 28 Sonic.

I like the twins in the boat. Your right though, I dont think they have put twins in under a 28/29 in quite a few years. mine is an 87

Well it is officially ours. Signed papers last night. The old owner didn't want me to tow it home in the snow and rain last night (crappy cincy weather) so he asked me to leave it in his garage until tonight.

The Baja has met the reserve on Ebay so I think I am in good shape. Sad to sell one and happy to buy the other.

there is no owners manuals for scarab.
All our scarabs just had the pamphlets from the parts on the boat....drives, radio, compass, motor, guages...etc ...etc,
