Bravo gears

Does anyone know of a tool to replace the eccentric rings on the bravo gears? I'm have gears with good teeth and gears with good eccentric rings, it would be nice to be able to change them.

97 Scarab with a HP500, runs great with a 26 pitch 3 blade merc prop that it came with in 1997. Any better props out there now? It planes well and it runs 75 MPH at 5000 rpm, just thinking there is...
