I have cut the entire motor well and 1\2 of the cockpit appart so far on one HF bi-metal blade!! Working great so far and I'm even using a HF multitool that's holding up great.

Feverz, its some kind of bonding filler. They used it for the fillets and bonding the floors to the hull. Stuff is hard as a rock. I cant even chip it all has go be ground off.
