I had the same issue. It was multiple leaks.At the bow light,bow cleat,and bolt penetrations for bow rails.Take the mirror out in front of the birth and have someone outside with a hose and check all...

I bought some from West marine.They are LED with 3 bulbs,that are switchable red or clear light,and they are fairly bright.You just need to fabricate a mounting bracket.I used 3/16 aluminum plate...

Check where bow rails bolt on up front . Mine leaked there caulking was old and dried out, also the bow cleat. Take the Mirror out up front and have someone hold a garden hose on that area outside...
