My 1" spacers seem promising.... slip is down to 11% and carrying the bow well. It does seem touchy steering wise. Hard to explain but if you barely turn the wheel she likes to lean into that side...

Depends on the desired RPM change. Every inch of pitch is approx 200rpm. So, if you want to drop RPM by say 300-400, raise pitch number by 2".
