check the vacuum line going to the fuel pressure...

check the vacuum line going to the fuel pressure regulator for leaking fuel inside.. might be loosing the charge on the fuel rail and its takes a few seconds to prime it back up.. pretty common.

check the pressure regulator vacuum hose.. often those regulators leak into the vacuum line.. pull the line off and see if its wet.

do you have an anti-siphon valve in your fuel line? sounds like fuel system might be draining back to the tank.

i just rebuilt one over the weekend. cooked the arm off the fuel pump and munched the sacrificial cam bushing.. replaced bearings and seals... all in costs over $450 in parts + labor.. I'd recommend...

I haven't figured out the exact angle yet, but my engine sits pretty level in my boat, when floating. the weiand team g intake i have puts the carb leaning forward. I know everyone sells a wedged...

radiator shop can usually put them back together.. if not, plenty of upgraded ones out there for less than an oem unit.

mine did that with some parts store chrome...

mine did that with some parts store chrome breathers.. too much crankcase pressure, and dipstick tube to the bottom of the pan.. the pressure pushes the oil up the tube... path of least resistance......
