Do you need some sort of overflow if pressure get to great at speeds ? Or is it just silly to think it could even build pressure having the bravo sea pump pulling on the other side ?

Thanks for all the answers , the problem with keeping the factory paint is that some garbage hardware store crapped as been brushed on ... several coats of it .... Specially on the transom assembly...

I am looking to repaint my bravo drive and entire gimbal / transom assembly ... Most of it is pitting free but the drive does show minor corrosion here and there.

Thanks Cliff_m_b! That's what I plan doing now. I bought some Gibson muffler tips and will cool all the way to them with a jacketed tail pipe and then inject right at the transom / muffler

took a closer look at my Gimbal yesterday , there's no play at all side to side ! Almost no corrosion either but the brushed on attemps at replacing some of the powder coat peeling makes the thing...

Everything works well except that I am seeing a little bit of rust in the pocket where the lever is ... The ram's are solid , no slop at all in the whole assembly ... even the bellows look fresh ......

Thanks for the input ,

The paint is really crappy attempt at freshin it up , the tiller is super tight with no slop at all but did see a little bit of rust in there ... not sure how to change...
