Good thing boating isn't on there because I do a lot of trap shooting and that's #1. There are far more expensive things especially boats than most of those listed.

I have made the trip from Lake Erie to the west side of Lake Michigan a few times. I definitely recommend staying at Beaver Island on the Michigan side. Its like stepping back in time. Plan at least...
