ISO good alpha 1 gen 1 1.5 ratio standard rotation

ISO either whole outdrive or a upper for a Alpha1 gen1 1.5gears standard rotation. I'm in southern Tennessee. Mine finally blew the top gears dang it!

When it's in forward gear and on the trailer I can spin the prop ccw (where it should be locked) but I isn't necessarily easy to turn it. But it does turn. And the other side does as it should.

I agree being ALOT cheaper but these drives have alot of pitting and corrosion on them and the more i look at them the more i dislike them haha....how hard is it to replace these seals?
