I replaced all with off the shelf 3/8 Allen head bolts with an stainless washers. 1 1/4 and 1 1/2 length.

I thought a long time about saying forget it and just use 3/8 The holes are close to 1/2" in brackets and if you torqued them gud and tight the 3/8 would more than likely hold.
Thats not right...

A few issues with gen 6 to make them fit nicely, the oil dipstick mount needs to have a 1/4-20 hole tapped on one head. All the accessory mounting holes are 3/8-18...

I suck up 4 gallons 50/50 then remove water pump hose drain most water out put hose back on then pull thermostat cover fill with 100% green after the 100 % I top off 50/50 till full.
