My boat was missing one of the engine hatch actuators when I bought it. The one remaining in the boat does not have a part number on it. It has the following Uflex serial number 0230518/0021....

as much as I did. It like the price, I purchased the kit from my favorite MerCruiser dealer. The first pump lasted from 2003 to 2018 and I bet if it didn't sit for 2 years it would still be working...

folks,
apparentky the high pressure pump is no longer available and I have to replace the entire cool fuel assembly to the tune of $600 bucks. I'm sure you creative people have a lower budget work...

ok I'm going to replace the fuel pump. The pressure drops when I tap on the pump. I am also concerned with the bleed off so fast, although I can't find anything in the manual that discusses this....

folks,

Here what ive learned so far. This is the boat with 2 year old fuel that lays down at 4000 rpm.

i ran it on an auxiliary fuel tank. 90 octane ethanol free gas. Still laid down at 4K rpm...

That is interesting. I thought there were still 2 pumps. It was my understanding that there is a booster pump above the fiuel separator and a high pressure pump on the opposite side. Cool fuel gen 2
