It sound like a sensor is un pluged. Also on the 575 they run a external hose to the map sensor and they will run rich if the hose is left off and a real comon on is the air temp sensor in the flame...

Livorsi has a fuel psi sender and gauge that pretty accurate if your trying to get dead on you'll have to use a shop gauge at the engine.

Keep them angeled with the bottom and maybe look into the sport tabs that are a longer and make the boat act a little longer. This will also make it so you wont have to use so muck tab.
