The engine hatch and the deck hatches have moisture and are delaminating, not the hull. This was disclosed before it was ever looked at. It is a project as I have always said.

Yes you would be correct. The 34R was a plugged off 38. Mine was a staggered setup, not sure if they all were. You are also correct that the my boat was the Putt-Putt boat.
