They are a good foundation. 990 or 188 casting square port heads. Steel crank, 7/16 rods, and 4 bolt mains.


Cam change, Intake and Carb change, Good exhaust, They will make around 500HP

GM Performance has them new and cheap. I think I paid around $300.00 for one.

I bought mine from a local Chevy Dealer

Same top end as Mirage Plus, but 6-7 MPH increase at Cruise

Anyone going boating in that area Sunday. We normally go to Shell Island but Red Tide was so bad last week end, that we want to head North.

39K on it, pewter, w/ tan leather, every available option, except DVD, on 33" BFG's. The only down side is it's not...
