who makes the alum BBC heads for merc?

Im looking at some used aluminum heads that say "mercury" on them. From a 700SCI Motor. Who makes those ? I am wondering what they are? Obviously they make 700 HP with a blower. Any Clues? ...

I was looking at the RPM range and I thought the extra duration was the big difference other than that lobe separation. I may put a pro charger on it at some point
