If it is Mercs TPS system, replace the filter on the bottom of the high preasure pump. Located in the TPS tank. This will fix your problem. I had a 97 baja & had to replace the filters just about...

Great numbers, what fuel did they run? I would turn em a lttle tighter 5,400- 5,600 with a 5,800 limit.

4.5" hole

To increase the holes in the transom from 4" to 4.5" bolt a 4" holesaw inside a 4.5" it will plug up a little but works great.
