Try switching to a 3 blade and see if it goes away. My 26 had the lean with a 4 blade but not much. None with a 3 blade. Otherwise thats what the tabs are there for.

You really need to dump the Michigan wheel and pick up a Mirage Plus as you'll see a huge difference. I would think you'd be able to pick one up on ebay for about $150.
