About 2hrs. Tyler is 90 minutes east of Dallas and I'm about 30 north of Dallas. Lake Dallas was the original name of Lake Lewisville. The town is still called Lake Dallas.

That's a tough one. I guess it depends on what your fiberglass guy says it takes to fix the ugly one. Also the condition of the motors that are in it. Would you keep them where they are or move them...

If your numbers match, then you won't have any registration worries. Just know that it still may be a mystery as to what you really have. But it looks like you could make one nice boat out of it all.

I'm not sure about IN, but you could check if you have a mechanic buddy if he could get a mechanic's lien title. That way, even if the numbers don't match, you may still be able to get a new title...

Although it says Stinger, that's not a Chris Craft. We referred him over here to ask you Formula guys if you know what it is. Most of us on the CC board think the exhaust and windscreen make it a...

In 1987 Chris Craft made a 42' Catalina with a 15' beam and gross weight of 30,000 lbs.* It sounds like the number he gave you is from the title to a Catalina.

Their response was "we thought there would be plenty of ventilation from the pcv from the case to the intake manifold"

Well there wasn't, thats why the last set up had the vent hoses to the flame...

Crankcase Ventilation question

I just repalced the my valvecovers with cast aluminum covers from Eddie Marine. No breather vents. Oops. I'm not really much of a mechanic, and I would have hoped the mechanic at the marina that did...

Re: Stinger 390 owners

Your boat weighs 9750, my 375 weighs 9500 (dry weights). I''m running 4 blade Bravo 1 22p and getting about 60 mph (almost) at 4900 rpm WOT. I thought I could get some speed if I could get some more...

You should just buy FundRazor's boat. You'd spend half as much.

Re: Any other 375's? AC and performance ??s

No, they didn't have a windscreen. I've seen it added, it just doesn't look right! This boat is on boattraderonline.com for $89K w/ twin Yanmar diesels.

Re: The Last Stingers & Scorpions...

I looked alot before I bought mine, I don't recall any model year newer than 1989.

The 260s, 312s, (311 center console and there was a 316 in there somewhere too), and 390s all seemed to be based...

Re: Any other 375's? AC and performance ??s

Was that the factory setup? That seems like a long way to run the cold air vent.

Re: Any other 375's? AC and performance ??s

I had these 22p's "labbed" That's how I got the boat from 4400 rpm up to 4900. I picked up 3-4 mph. I'm thinking about re-pitching them to 23.

Any other 375's? AC and performance ??s

Re: I am looking at eiher a 312 or 375 Stinger, what to look for?

I bought this boat from Stinger375. It's been a great boat so far. No one would guess it's an '88, they usually think it's around a '96. The styling was way ahead of its time.

When I got it, it...
