I have a Powerquest 290AE v-hull with twin MX 6.2 MPIs. I currently have 3-blade Mirage+ 24Ps. WOT at ~5000rpms and fully trimmed.

Top speed varies with air temp/himid b/n...

I think what you're seeing is mineral deposit (calcium phosphate) build-up typically due boat's electrical current grounding through the props.

Was at LOTO over 4th. Stopped at a bunch of broker/dealers. Many used boat were consigned and very poor shape. Did not see one used boat I would buy. The new 36 Donzi at Big Thunder was sweet....
