not every boat built prior to 2004 had problems, as far as I can tell there were just a few that had issues. And that is what everone likes to talk about.

The quality and fit & finish of the boats that were built in wisconsin was much much better. That would be starting in 2004. Before 2004 they were manufactured in Sumner Iowa.

up until 2004 the boats were made in Sumner Iowa, after that they were built in Richland Center, WI. and yes the later ones were built considerable better. Now the line is being built under the NRG...

All the Profile molds were purchased by NRG Boats. (Nautical Racing Group LLC) I know that there has been a number of them produced now under the new name and ownership
