Looks like these guys are in Lake View Terrace, CA according to their website. The build 50-100 boats/year and have been in bus. since 1998. Ring any bells?

How hard is it to do this annual service yourself? I read an article on how to winterize your boat and it didn't sound that hard, just tedious. Are there warranty issues if you service it yourself?

What did you end up doing with the exhaust? I still love the dual with no muffler and 24" slant cut tips. There isn't another truck around that sounds like this.

You should do it! Once you get that huge factory muffler off there, that 6.2L sounds like a 496HO in one of these boats. I don't know what your preference in tips is, but the 24" slant cut chrome...

Just had the exaust done today; had the muffler guy cut it off right in front of the muffler, then split it to 3" duals with 24" chrome slant cut tips. It sounds sweeeeeeeeeet (and loud!)
