We have one with 300X's. I don't burn more fuel than my friends v bottom boats in that size with twin io's, but we are definitely alot faster. One motor failed me after 260 hours a couple weeks ago....

We have a 31 American Offshore with 300 merc outboards.
That's a new 28 skater at the marina with 1997 2.5 offshore mercs off of his 24. We had a 24 skater before the 31 AO.
