What's the best setting for the tabs/drive to...

What's the best setting for the tabs/drive to start at when getting on plane? Just want to be as easy on the drive as possible.


Tabs full down and drive all the way down also. then pull tabs up...

Falls Lake NC

OK yesterday saw more speed boats then ever. 2 Bajas, 2 donzis and a Velocity. Hate the fact that i was on my toon instead of the Fountain.

it took me about 10 hrs to finaly figure out the trim and tabs. it can get hairy at time in rough water but take it easy and you will be a beliver in fountains and what they are capibile of....

I put in at falls a couple of times to test know that lake very well (pontoon again). alot of crazy looks and pulled every time no numbers etc..same thing at jorden but only went once by request....

yea i always heard that highter chop was better...

yea i always heard that highter chop was better just never noticed it before or paid attention. was realy surprised when the weight diffrence was 300 lbs diffrent and performance wasnt much better.

OK, last weekend 5 people full tank o fuel 2 coolers. 1.0-1.5 foot chop 69.8 on gps dragging the tabs a little. today calm water slight rollers nothing big, 3 people one cooler + full o gas 71.3 gps....
