502 MPI engine stalling

issue with one of the engines,
no issues when engines have been not run for a period of time,but after running boat,then sitting for a few hours,go to restart engine,will run for few minutes then...

have always used solid hub type prop on boat (merc 502 magnum)looking to upgrade to mirage plus prop,and i located a flo-torque hub prop at a very good price.will i have any issues?,any differences?

pop up cleat on 1993 baja

pop up cleat is stuck in the down position.can it be repaired or does it have to be replaced.if replaced,anyone know part #/mfg or where can be purchased from.
