Are these needed for sure? they look small, I thought I read they are not that critical, I want to see if I should run them or not..

take them out you'll be fine, i did it to mine and the motor runs a little better

anyone have some turbulators they are not using? Need a set for a low performance cruiser 454 using the 496 manifolds.

Take them out. Makes it sound like a 500. Added 1 mph to my boat.

I still have mine. Took them out this winter when the whipple was put on. There yours if you want then.

Also, I read here that they are 'probably' there to help catch any condensation drip more than to combat reversion.

I ended up leaving them in for now, iw as told they are for condensation like staed above, I may experiment this summer, I will remove them and see if any gains happen if not I wiill put them back in to be safe, thanks for all the help!!
