TRS/SpeedMaster lower for sale
Have a TRS drive with a speedmaster lower, gimbal and Borg Warner transmission. It was installed in a x-jet hull. The hull is damaged. The motor is a rough looking 455 olds and we have another 455 stock auto motor. The clever prop needs redone. $2000 for the package. Will consider parting out. Anyone interested? speedmaster height?
the top of the lower unit measurement down to the shaft center is 12 1/2". The prop on the drive is L/H. This is a TRS type 2 drive. The gimbal sn is 5675255.

Could be interested in the outdrive/tranny stuff. Dont really need any Olds 455 remnants. Got over the jet boat thing about 25 yrs. ago but Olds WAS the way to go then. LH or RH rotation doesn't really make that much difference since you have to prop to fit the boat anyhow. You could drop me a pm or e-mail with a price for the bell-housing back. Have a friend on the Eastern Shore and he could facilitate a transfer if we can get close to a price that I can afford to just put this on the shelf till I get the chance to experiment. --- Jer
