Answer: whichever one you throw off an 800 ft. cliff. They typically do not go that fast without power.
If you want some type of quantitative answer, you need to set some specifications:
1) A HP spec
2) A length spec
3) A material spec (fiberglass, epoxy, CF)
4) Production hull or custom/race hull?
5) Water conditions (flat or rough, and if so--how rough)
5) Still water (lake) or moving water (river)
6) GPS speed, radar speed, or trap speed
7) Kilo type run (how fast in a given distance) or unlimited length parameter
8) Is this a race or a poker run? (my favorite)
9) Type of drive spec (Bravo, Surface, SSM, etc.)

There are many threads like this in past, and they just turn into pissing contests. See what you can dig up on the Fiore/Fountain battles of the past.

Team Fountain dominated the SBI, APBA, OSS and European P-1 offshore racing circuits capturing World and National Championships all V-bottom classes.
