Default Changed to Amsoil and list oil pressure?

I was using M1 5/50 and had 65lbs oil pressure then changed to 20/50 Amsoil and lost 25lbs of oil pressure ? What's up with that? Anyone else have this issue? I checked sending unit and it's working fine. I don't understand what happened. Your comments please. Thank you

I read a thread earlier this week where a bad filter was causing low oil pressure! Just a thought if all you did was change the oil and filter..

Certain cheap filters can collapse internally causing that kind of pressure loss. For sure, try another filter before anything else.

And you can generally get an Amsoil filter from the same place you buy your oil.

One other thing, your new oil bottles had an intact seal on them?

I recently was sold some Mobil 1 v-twin synthetic oil bottles that had used oil in them.
