Both engines are now complete and being prepped
for shipment.

The second engine had some high vibration issues.
Jim and his team ended up swopping out one of the Turbine
Wheels to Solve the problem.

They have worked hard on putting these together
A big thanks for the Hard work!

Stay Tuned guys as we will soon be installing the engines.

They have some buffing time on those puppies. For the most part my engines stay clean. No oil leaks or residue. (great improvement over a piston pumper).
However, I have a little turbine oil that bleeds out of the external magnetic filter. It will leave a nasty yellow stain on vinyl.

No blower belt dust as Saxman said.

What is up with the turbine oil it is nasty smelling.
It makes gear oil smell like roses.
I beleave it is synthetic and eats paint.

On the Test Cell one of the engines had a slight oil leak from
a pinched o ring another good reason to run them on the cell.

I know it a bigger motor but there is still a huge amount of energy in those T53 N2 turbines at 100%+

The oil has very little odor. Just highly staining. Very yellow.

Did not notice the blanket's on them bad line of sight angle. I think "CT" was rapped, looked like a stainless sheild over the blanket to make it look pretty. You prob. know the set ups. Started to get used to the engine's sound especially when "Miss Geico" went by @ well over 120mph into the inner harbor entrance. Had to get the lady a Geico jacket and she looks real good in it too ! see ya j PS don't have to tell ya but your engines look pristine. Oh, saw Jim Lee he sends his best, says hello ! "I'CE"

I dont beleave any of them have blankets.

Those are all Arrudas creations or as the Discovery channel called him the "Howard Hughes of Turbines"

Here are the new pneumatic cylinders that were
supplied by Northeast Automation
888-819-1992
They sell all kinds of cool pneumatic products.

Jay the Turbines should be here Tuesday.
