Going to tig weld that crack today.

These are dry exaust Stainless steel.

They have the typical headerwrap.
They also have a fire containment blankets.

I am guessing The catch can catches maybe rain water.


Any ideas anyone?
It has hose fittings on them -4 maybe

Notice the end where they clamp to the combuster housing it
is not rigid. Springs to absorb vibrations and misalighnment.

Well, if something goes wrong, at least your youtube vid will probably get lots of hits! Looks like you are making lot's of heading on the project. I look forward to seeing it finished.

Its got a zoom so ya can keep a safe distance.


Well here is the exhaust pretty much ready for installation.

I freakin Buff the Sh1t out of these chrome stacks.
I only had like one piece of thread hanging from the buff pad
when I was finished.

Heres what we did today.

Nothing lined up correctly.
Have to tweak the mounts.

Both exhausts are in yeah!

Tomorows another day.

G, those catch trays guttta be 4-rain or condensation. Is there a hole or exit port in the actual exhaust pipe to drain into the mini gutters? Man, I have to see it with my own eyes, maybe by say 11:30 am Sunday - will call 1st as instructed. - u-crazy - me too !

Thanks for ur help Today. I could have not got that one mount
completed without Yourself And Jays help

Who knows if ya continue hanging with us boat geeks You
may be in danger of becomming one

If ya stop by in tommaros blizard and the Plow truck is
there and I,m no where to be found peak in the old
exhaust holes from the piston engines I will be in there
with a blow dryer in my pants.

There comming to take me away. Ha Ha!!
