We've been running the crap out of it. Haven't really done much more to it yet. Planning on redoing the hatch and interior this winter and do a few things to the engines.
I broke a prop shaft in the weekend after July 4th and took a couple weeks to get a shaft and a prop, but other than that it has been trouble free.
Haven't really been taking many pics, but here are a couple.

It's by far the best thing I could have done to this boat! The only thing better would be a 28 with the same setup.

I anchored the cable to where the fuel rail bolts down and knocked the little stud out that I think is where the cruise control cable connected and put a bolt through there.
I used the 33c cable with all the Mercury outboard ends and it works like a champ.

Sweet I had thought about using that lever on the throttle body. I see you smoothed out the truck intake. You decided you didn't like the plastic cover?

I wasn't a big fan of the plastic cover... I had an extra intake so I figured it would give it a shot, turned out pretty well I think.
It took about 2 hrs to do each one. I think I'm going to get a couple Trailblazer SS intakes for it this winter though along with cams.
Finally got another set of props for it too. Also about to start a new hatch.

How is the Scarab coming?
