It a 28 is all I know Noli. Numbers on side say LA for louisiana.

it was owned by one of the Ortemonds... the father and son that died running one of their boats in april of 2012... this outboard skater was the sons I believe before he got the 36...think it was a 32 not sure where it is now. http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/g...-ortemond.html

I didn't know it was the same 28 on S&F. I want to step up to a 28 or 32 next,but, sure don't want anything with a canopy. Trust me for pleasure boating they SUX!

DW 32 pleasure did 113 dialed in...real world every day would probably be in the same ball park as this skater I'd think. looking at the DW, the windshield looks low for a tall guy/gal...the skater looks to give you a little more protection...the DW is nice too but no flat area or sun pad that the ladies like...I know they can lay out on the bow LOL.

KAP did 115MPH this year in his DW32, breaking his own record last year of 113MPH
