Thought I would share some pictures with the outboard brothers pictures of our new boat home we recently purchased.
Company before had a build out inside that had to be removed.

Here are a few more with the two tone paint, and repainted stair case.

Lastly you have to see this fan. It is from a company called Big AZZ Fans. It has a 14' span, 6' Blades and totally quiet. The motor and bracket in the pic is 6' tall.

Fan installed. Still have plumbing, electrical upgrades, cameras, tile work and stereo.sat tv to go

Maybe 3 but cannot afford 12k for fans!!!!

Join in Jim. We would love for you to share your experience. I loved the story of you taking your 28' to Bimini when the 46 wasn't running. Then getting on plane with one motor after the other went down using a tow line. Do I have that story right? If so your crazy also and will more than fit in with this crowd. Also thanks for working with Chris on the windshield application. I drove your 28 at LOTO and it was really nice.

I am down that way a lot as we do a lot of work Johnny and Guy.

You got it right. Made it 53 miles and just made the turn back towards Miami. Long story short finished the race on one motor. Still went about 45 MPH on one motor. That was after we tried it get a drive from some locals. Couldn't find one. Crazy day that's for sure :)

Look forward to getting together. I'll be there around the first of January. And then Boat show time in February. 28s there all winter if you want to check it out if I'm not around.

I looked at Jims 28 in Key West. The windshield and new dash is fantastic, but so is the paint. He needs to try out

This pretty much confirms the new engine. Four stroke 350 horsepower. I guess we still have to wait for more information and specs on it.

My guess will be too much! If it is the 350 Verado with all the trimmings (steering, hydraulic rams etc)
Get ready for a hefty price tag as well. They were $27500 years ago when a friend of mine bought them.
Now if it were a hopped up 4 cylinder 4 stroke that would be something to get excited about.

A BeckleyBanner for a day of sightseeing on SF Bay in a 28 Skater seems like a fair trade...

well...read the xcat facebook post on the new mercury 4 stroke racing engines... They weighed in at 300kgs which is 661 lbs...oh well back to dreaming again I suppose LOL.

So does this mean you are going to fix that ventilated 300XS now???
