Hey Dale. Now I don't have to post my pic because it basically looks like your top two pics. Ha. I hope you're not right about that time thing. They are telling me its supposed to be delivered to me in April still. Would suck if it ran over to fall. ouch. Gotta go out to factory to do gauges and seat set up. Cant wait to see the factory. Thanx for the heads up Dale.
Lol Just take one of these
and enjoy your upcoming visit to the factory to see your baby!
Please still post pics of yours with the sides built-up - it will give a good comparison of how the profile of yours will be in comparison to mine. I'm guessing yours will be even lower profile than mine, not having to have height in the engine compartment area for motors. Plus you've got a lot wider tunnel than mine!

Hey Dale, What is the horsepower on your boat and what is your best speed you've seen. I thought it was a wide body build. Does the 338 come that way automatically or is it the standard beam. Was just curious. Steve.

Twin 800s w/ ASD #7s - right at 160mph........ Mine was the first 30 built - not a 338. It is 33' oa long, with the tunnel/deck/side extension.

A couple more build process pics showing the motors going in. Steve, note how quick it was from motors going in to delivery - the motor installation pics were taken on 4/12/05 and I took delivery of the boat the following month! That pic of the speedo recall was taken just a few years back with my Mercury props coming back from an outing with my girlfriend (and half tanks of fuel). The Herings I ran when I first had the boat were faster.

Nasty- enjoy your trip to the factory, I've been twice. Very cool place!!
Dale- I'll need a ride in yours soon, cause as much as I'd love a 388, a 338 is much more realistic, and I'd do 700s and ASD 7s... So I'd want a ride in yours to see just how it is my friend!

Hey all, Here is a pic of my boat with the sides being built up so the deck can be attached. Just spoke to Tony and deck is supposed to be attached next week. You can also see where the bow is also cut down a little on the side. It must be part of the end process. Not totally familiar with how all the steps go.

Hey Skate, Not sure. Gotta let some more progress go thru yet. Gonna go out for steering wheel and seat placement.
Hey Dale, what do you think about the profile down the side. Seems like yours could be a bit higher but I really can't tell very well.

Hey Everybody, Took a while to get that last photo up. Tony just sent me these two pics of the beginning of the deck going on. Because of the wide body the deck is set up with two hatches side by side instead of one. Kinda like that. Makes it look a little wider even.
