After working out a few issues, port engine would not prime of all things. We got her up and running! Three couples on maiden voyage my best friends. Windshield worked great visibility and access much improved. It started raining hard within five minutes of hitting the water. I'll clean her up and get some photos on after Jason and Chris do their article.

Yes Jim your windshield is great. She was able to keep her big floppy hat on with out holding it at over 90 MPH on while in the front seat and protect her face from the sun. She likes it so that means I love it!
Thanks for the help support and retooling to make the wider version for us!

Thanks guys. There are quite a few loose ends to tie up on the build some anticipated others not so much, but it is going well. I really appreciate all you guys on the forum for the advice help and encoragement.
Chris Manuel and Blaze put in a great effort. Jim Lee was super even custom tooling a larger windshield so we could seat four. Ron Muller of Electronics Unlimited was the absolute man on this build. His expertise and willingness to track down and procure parts went above and beyond a Skater Brother.
I hope to see you guys on the Poker Run circuit. We are scheduled to go to LOTO for the Shoot Out, Cumberland in September if we can find lodging, and Key West for the worlds.

Glad to see you're up and running again Sam. It turned out great! Doesn't look at all like the same boat, that's for sure. Keep us posted on how it runs - not only any difference in top speed, but how it runs over the rough as well. I'd imagine the cg had to change somewhat with everything that changed. Amazing how different it looks now (all for the better!)........
