Anyone know the type of white gel coat Sonic used in 1997 (31SS) ? I picked up a mystery gouge this weekend and need to fix it.

I used the gel from west marine on my 1997 my painter fix my place and you could not tell. Good Luck

lilly corp is the one's that sonic purchased from prior to CSI.i tried to purchase some a couple years back they would only sell in 55 gallon drums.so i had my fiberglass guy do his thing tiniting the gel coat.he got it right on.

Hi Chris, I don't know if you got it fixed yet but if you did'nt yet call Gary...730-9881...tell him I gave you the number...he used to work at fast forward and he now does it mobile...he always does a great job at a reasonable price...nice you don't have to take it anywhere and leave it.

Mobile service sounds good. It'll save me $50 in gas. I have to cancel my appointment anyway, I forgot next weekend we took off monday and tuesday, so I can't be without the boat ! I'll give him a call.
