Thanks! We designed and drew the house ourselves and had it built in 1993. It's been great, but we're just ready for a change.

We're lucky to be building on the water in Fairvue Plantation in Gallatin. We won't find out until February or March if we can get a dock, but indications are that we will. I'm praying...

With all the power, money, and influence the developers and residents have in FP, surely someone at the COE can be persuaded to let you guys have private or community docks.
If I lived at FP on the lake, and couldn't get a dock permit, I would be pissed off !

Jeff, where is this? I am thinking about moving to the water and this is in the range I am looking at.

Thunder - It's in Hendersonville on Old Hickory. On the lake we're about mid way between Stark Knob and Saundersville boat ramps, directly across a bay from Governor's Point which can be seen from the dock picture in the listing.

Hmmm...

Go to www.realtracs.com, then "Search for a Property", then click on Sumner County in the map and it should bring up a search screen. For the city - enter "Hendersonville" and for the List Price - enter "700000" to "750000". Click the "Search Now" button and there should only be a couple results.

Ours is 230 Waterview Drive.
