I am a Claymate fan, thanks for the pics. Im reminded of the good times to come (devils cove). I will say that I personally am a big fan of Mem. and Laborday at the Islands on Texoma. Travis has been very enjoyable the few times we have been. If you enjoy seeing the big boys run together and being part of an organized event , I just dont think its going to happen at Texoma. We will pull down to Austin several times this season.

Texoma is 100,000 surface acres and the only lake worthwhile if you plan on doing some serious running. Lewisville has the best party coves but is tiny. I would only move to Texoma or Possum Kingdom... or Travis in third place.

Is anyone interested in a gathering on texoma for some running pics? I know its probably to soon for a poker run, but what would keep a group of boats from travelling from point a to point b at the same time? and then they could travel to point c and so on. If people just met there and did it how could they stop it? have they made any speed laws up there?
We are planning a club meet this spring there.

a friend was up by highport yesterday and said they have begun the rebuilding. not sure when it will be ready, but how about a meet at granpappys? or cedar mills, i heard they have fixed that place up.
