Ok guys I am ready. When are we going to run together. I am just finishing a little winter project and going in the water tomorrow.

I'm thinking the 4th of July weekend would be a great time. I'll be on the water all day Friday thru Sunday. You guys want to do a lunch and head out for a run? Maybe afterwards rendezvous at the south islands. Friday would be a good day with less lake traffic. I'm open for anything anywhere, just throwing out ideas.

OK, so Friday..... do you want to do a lunch? Or just meet on the beach somewhere? My checkbook would rather meet on the beach, but I'm up for whatever. That may also give us all plenty of time to meet up. I wouldn't mind waiting a couple of hours on the beach. It would suck to wait around at the docks for some guys you don't even know or not if they will come.

Did you replace the transom on the Excalibur?

Beach sounds good. I would like to BS for a while and then go run around. I am trying to burn all the gas I missed from April until now.

Yes, I just replaced all structure including bulkhead behind fuel tank to the transom. The boat had been repaired at some point in Florida and the work was terrible. I am going to add to the bulkheads under the deck after the holiday. Friday was the first time in the water this year. I ran through nearly 100 gallons Saturday. She is clean and ready. We can PM as it gets closer.
