The place fell due to a few reasons, but location wasn't one of them, I'll see if I can get a hold of them on Monday. Last I heard the lease was in the 2000-2500 a month range. And yes nothing make people want to buy **** more than looking at our nice ass boats sitting right in front of them! Lol

man you get up early or stay up late. I really would like to make it down for the TOC but not sure. I have engine school as well 19 and 20 th. out of state. Rough week for me plus still running a boat shop and repairs by myself.

Well I got some info but it's none we wanted...building was sold and current owner doesn't seem interested in leasing it, just bought it for the property value...so back to square one unless I can actually get a hold of him...but I'll keep looking

man that stinks. I am still willing to park a boat or 2 down in the area. But with any place the right place could turn into a business venture as well. I do have a great idea that would somewhat work here also but for certain reasons will work 10 times better out of this area especially where the boating season is a lot longer. You guys boat what at least 10 months out of the year ? We are lucky to make it 5 or 6 months.

I'll keep looking, that was just the first place I thought of to store a decent quantity of boats, and as fast as the areas growing business relocate pretty often. But no our seasons about the same 6 maybe 7 months...the the Rzr's and 4 wheelers come out lol

Wow! Nuked that one huh! You should've said something I didn't have a damn thing to do all day Monday and Tuesday when I was home! Surely would've come turned a wrench or two! I was thinking aug-sept time frame...plenty of time to plan one!
