www.vrbo.com is a great place to find rental cabins and condos just about everywhere. Saw a few there for Sam Rayburn lake. Look in the 'Piney woods" section.

The small eliminator has graduated to a 700+hp DCB now, so I got to hang out with him this weekend. And there was a couple Scarabs (one cut across my bow like an assholio, I was not a happy guy). Its no Lake Travis, but we are starting to get a few performance guys.

Well my blowers are done (Re-Blueprinted) and One engine is done (total rebuilds top and bottom), just waiting for the 2nd one to come back. I have pretty much counted this year out for me. The only thing I am hoping for is that when it gets put back together there are no issues and I can enjoy next year trouble free.

Have them start the engines before they install them. With the engines sitting around, you could develop and oil leak on your new engines. It happend to me. Just talked to the shop. They say that the boat will most likely NOT be ready this weekend. They are working on a sail boat. I can't wait till my Arneson Drives are on and a Jet Ski tries to jump my wake.
