Buddy is finishing the "compilation CD's". He's spending Waaay too much time on em.

I took my Sony Micro Cam to Miami and it works best with a 32MB Memory Stick (with that size, I can grab it and turn it on as I aim it and it's ready to take a pic - with bigger sticks, I have to wait one or two extra seconds which makes you miss some of those "spontaneous" shots...). So I dumped my pictures every day into buddy's laptop back at the boat. That meant that I have NO pictures in my possession until I get the CD back. Buddy #2 had a 512MB SD card in his camera so he still has his pictures in possession, and Buddy #3 had TWO 512 SD's PLUS the DV tape in the camcorder. So they all have pictures in possession while I do not.

I ate dinner tonight with CD buddy and he said he just about had the 4 different slide shows mastered. I've got people all over the place waiting for these pictures (including the owner of the Azimut).

I'll just burn you a CD when I get my copy. I would just burn a set of direct copies, but I've been instructed that some of the images are not to be released to the public so I gotta crop a few out...

Nice day at the LAKE today. 1st day of Spring was sweet.
We hung out with the cruiser crowd today. If you haven't seen
Neil and Cindy's new Sea Ray 420 (Sundancer?), you should. Wow, this boat has more electronics than a Trident submarine .... as in, 2 satellite GPSs with mapping, radar, sonar, Tracvision Direct TV, 3 televisons, autopilot, Mercury Smartcraft, stereo, etc, etc. They also have their trademark submersible swim platform like their Formula had.
See ya,
Steve

It was nice out on the lake yesterday. Brian and I went out for a few hours. (Regan and I were dying to go, we won!) Got a little chilly for the little girl so we headed in. Looks like Friday is going to be perfect as long as the rain holds off.
YIPEE!

Sorry we missed you. We just ran for a little while, and then hung out in skinny dip with some of our cruiser friends. Got back to the ramp and heard you guys had been out.
See you FRIDAY .............
Regards,
Steve

Guys, and of course Gals .......................
Has anyone taken a look at the river lately? I haven't but will try to.
If the river is trashy, or has lots of current, which can make docking and locking a little dicey, we can still go with a VERY strong plan B, Hermitage Hooters for lunch .............
I had lunch there today, and I THINK YOU WILL LIKE IT VERY
MUCH .
And then hit Old Hickory which looked very good (water conditions) last weekend. Honestly, if the weather's nice, I'm not so sure I wouldn't rather be out in the sun on the lake, rather than in a building downtown, because Saturday and Sunday look like a washout ..............Hey as long as we get the boats and ride, I'm good either way.
Regards,
Steve

Steve,
Im with you on that one. If the river if full of trash your plan B sounds good. Not worth the risk to trash a lower unit in the river. If the forcast holds true the rain should be gone by noon.
