My thoughts exactly!!!

And I think they're 45k more. The 29 is basically a 27 with wider sides and a incorperated swim platform, which makes it 29' overall. Our Y2K is sold as a true 30', 32' with the swim platform. The guy from the magaziine picked up on that.

He also picked up on that the Activator was 500 LBS heavier

Its to bad Ricks wasn't born with a twin brother because he is going to need help once the feature hits the mag. If you want a new boat for next year you better order it now. I'm sure the price of everything is going up because of the cost of fuel.

Exactly what JC said....He can only wonder what his next order of supplies is going to cost In the specs of my boat, as he was pricing it out, JC was already making adjustments for the cost factor realizing the article is supposed to come out early 06' to protect his azz.

JC,
If we were to make a Y2K fully balsa cored, it would weigh 5000 lbs. Instead we use Divinycell foam coring on the hull sides and on the deck. Divinycell foam coring is also more expensive then Baltek balsa core. Also the print through from Balsa core is alot more then the foam.
