If it takes a few more weeks then expected no big deal. They all take longer then expected. Getting freinds to help can be frustrating sometimes but when a plan finally comes together I would rather have my freinds by my side enjoying the fruits of our labor.

In all honesty this has been really tough for me to stay on top of. I have a full time business to run, the boat is being built accross the country and the motor is being done by a friend at "friend prices". Would I have liked to have this all done 8 months ago? Hell ya but hey sometimes things take more time then you think. Bottom line is I want to be happy when everything is done and If that means it costs another couple weeks then I guess thats what it will take. Rtech's set up was suppose to cost stupid dollars and I have yet to hear of it coming out of the prototype/test stage? With the procharger set up 1000hp+ shouldn't be a problem. And I bit the bullet and added EFI.... It's only money right??? LOL Rob Rob, Any progress with the motor ?? |
Still waiting on the Procharger... I called yesterday for and update and I'm waiting for the call back. Once parts get here it won't take but a couple days to get it together and out the door.
It's in the 80's the last couple days here so I'm kicking everyone in the ass I can to get this done. Please let Coen know I'm trying. Thanks Rick Rob |

Still no SC... I'm calling everyday... Kinda funny they recognize my voice when they pick up... I guess procharger is a little back logged but any day now is what were hearing.

I dont trust anybody these days. Get a tracking number and track it to see if their being truthfull.

Woohoo, big box of parts hit the shop today... Now if I can just get Procharger to build me an F-n unit I'll have a whole motor!!!!

Funny you say that Pat we were brain storming @ lunch if it would work and what would have to change. The distributor is confident that something will be in next week so I guess we'll wait till monday.
I think I'm going to send my truck out to NYC with the motor but I can't do it until the 31st so we can waste 1 more week waiting. Who ever said Rome could be built in a day must of built boats for a living. |

Easter Bunny Came a day Late.... Procharger boxes are at the shop and they were going to mock up everything today. If its all there motor by the end of the week.

Word is dyno is set for the 16th... Looking like motor to NY the 1st of June. I talked to Coen yesterday and he said you guys are swamped at the moment anyway.
Pat, yes I just read through the thread, sounds like the new bottom is good for a couple more mph's all things being equal. Nice to know that it works!!! |

I wasn't worried about the Konrad... I had seen it before I even thought of going with it. Good to know it doesn't screw up the balance of the boat though!!!
