Yes, I heard that there might be color options, but I liked your blue motor and accents Superbabi, it was seeing your boat at Kismit that sold me... From what Ive heard this power is strong, dependable and can be maintainend by any Good Merc. mechanic across the country... Also can get more HP out of it in the future if I want...

Got the deck in the rigging area. Also sanded the hull and gelcoated it, Been working on the new Highback Bucket mold for your boat. If anyones wondering. We are going to offer a fully upholstered highback bucket for the Y2K. H2O Scene is getting the first pair. Enjoy the pics. Rick |

Rick when I ordered the custom seats, I really had no idea that JC and you were going to go through the extreme time and effort that is being spent to create this new seat. I think it will be great and I hope that others will enjoy the new design as much I will. P.S. JC should get the guages finished this week, I guess I will have to check in with him.

Ill have to stop down and see them for myself. I always loved the house but not the furniture. Thats Rick! Listening to what the people want. Maybe its time to go furniture shopping for my boat ! I did see some new material that had a what I call a carbon fiber look . Dont know the name or brand.
|
John,
Why did Coen make me install a drink holder in your bow, in front of your bow light ??? He said you wanted a Kismet Coolie ??? So you could hang out on the dock and have somewhere to put your cocktail ??? I'll have pics for the boys tomorrow. You guy's won't believe this. What is the logic ?? I could install one on my Mako and call it the Gilgo guzzler !! lol |
Man, I love watching these builds
|
Another first for you guys??? Cant imagine why this isnt a stock feature, I see a future in the superboat retro fit buisness... Cant wait to see the pictures Rick
|
hey rick you ever get my e-mail about the 24 i was looking at???
|
John,
Dash is all drilled and the Livorsi SmartCraft guages are in. Rigging time is alomst here. I'll have pics up tonight. |

Yes, the Ladies were very nice to look at and everyone was very friendly. Rick was the tour guide of course and gave me a tour of the beer inventory which we verified the quantity and availability of the beer. Then we checked the tequila with a few quality control tests. Work never stops... lol...Sorry the call was cut short Ricks battery went dead.

John,
Here are the pic of the dash and the Livorsi SmartCraft plug and play guages. Coen also cut out the transom for the outdrive and drilled the holes for the tabs. Hopefully I'll get the swim platform on today. |

More pics. Swim platform is on and Coen worked on installing the guages and cutting out the whole for the GPS.

Hey Rick, JC has amazed me again... Now lets get the steering column and garmin in so the deck can be installed on the hull and you can get back to your glassin magic and also install that stainless steel rub rail that I so needed ... Love the Gages. Transom drive cut-out looks like gelcoat finished and noticed that the tab holes drilled to mount the tabs are between horizontal and bottom angle like we wanted so all is going great...
|
Rick, Hows my bow beer holder looking, you were going to post pictures and I wanted to see the progress
|
I'll gret a pic tomorrow during coffee break. It comes in handy ! ;)

I like the gauges.
Hey Rick, How many boats you got going at once? Your shop is looking a bit cramped. |
Lets see Pat,
The Turbine is here, so is Robs, Hunnington Beaches. The white one with the 525, which is almost finished. Then we have H2O Scenes with a 525, and I just stated another. Does that answer it. LOL A little cramped at the moment. |
Hey Rick, I was asking JC about colors on the hull sides. He said that trying to do a metallic color like a silver or metallic blue would not come out. He said the silver would just look gray. Why is it that the gel coat can't transmit a metallic color?
Sorry for Hijacking! |
Coen won't do a metallic like you see on bass boats. However there are metalic gelcoats like paint, a fine metalic. I've seen a platinum boat done with it. Looked great.

When I restored my Apache, I used Imron with a slight metallic in it. This stuff is awesome
