A liner would make this look great! also you can put a bilge pump inside the liner so that the water need not run all the way to the transom area just to be pumped out. Can't wait to see the mold for the sit down area...wow all of these custom fabrication!

Noli, there really won't be any water getting into the forward compartment. There is a drip rail built into the deck. Personally, I don't think the anchor locker needs a molded liner.

I agree. It probably doesn't need it. But it would look great with one, I think. I would love to see how the plug is started for the liner. I'm assuming that the design for the plug would begin inside the hatch. After the plug has been created inside the hatch, how will it be pulled out?

It would be made with the deck off the hull. The deck is only temporarily attached to the hull.

Noli, I'm too tall to work inside that small area. Then again, we could get Coen to go in there and do it. Hell, he can almost stand in there. LOL

The gas tanks finally got here last week. They will be foamed in tomorrow hopefully. Layed out the battery/ oil tank board today. That will also be glassed in tomorrow.

Noli, the standard tank for a single outboard is 110 gallons. If you go with twins, you might want to go with the 150 gallon tank.

The tanks on both Y2K CC's were installed today Plus the battery/oil tank boxes.
