Should pick up some good MPH and you should talk to Wilson Custom Marine, they have been getting some good gains out of blue printing the lowers. I picked up 11 mph when we did the Nortech. It was more the handling had the power to do it with the Zul power but the boat was all over like on ice, until we did the lowers, ran great after that.

Going from the Konrad to the Imco U should C anywhere from 3-5 mph !! Not to sure the blueprinting will be a big deal. Some boats that go real fast C the change because of the handling. you can stay in it longer to get more top end. Still drag is lost speed ! Will you be able to if a blueprint works if you do it now changing from the Konrad to Imco NO! Do it after you get numbers from the change them the blueprint. Thats when you will C if the money was well spent. I wish they had good Imco,s back in early 2000 I would have never went to the Speedy!!!!

The big offseason projects for me are
1 we are going to finish the new interior led lights
2 mount the back seat
3 possible Bimini top
4 continue to play with props
5 full boat detailing
6 possibly modify the windshield

Nothing going on here. Saving my $$ for gas!

I want to run another season and then get my valve springs checked out. The whole CMI header thing is looming in the back of my mind too.

Dave (MDG) to answer your question without highjacking the thread . Yes I did switch to Bravo style assembly . I removed the transmission , Gimble and box . Welded the box shut , Cut the hole to bravo , moved the motor forward 6" and down 1" .
